Hi friends, my name is Maya (she/her). I am a haircutter in San Rafael in Marin county. I only work with and use sustainable product lines. I love what I do. I get to support people in their transformation of becoming more themselves. I get to hold sacred space for people and their prayers for their lives. I am so grateful to get to do work that I am passionate about. I am so grateful that my own continued unfolding and uncovering of my deeper self, supports my work in its evolution. I have cut hair for over 30 years, worked for a big salon for 23 1/2 years, have run my own salon since 2018, taken countless cutting classes, leadership classes, communication classes, reiki classes, went to life coaching school and I come back to sharing my work behind the chair. Bringing intention and magic into my work is something I thrive on. Thank you to all of you who have chosen my chair, my hands and my heart to hold your hair and your prayers.
